Integration of the PADDER algorithm as a simple SALOME plugin.
The plugin contains:
- a SALOME component (C++)
- a graphical interface (python)
- a plugin_manager.py file for integration
The compilation of this package is NOT activated yet because some feature still not work correctly (next week I hope).
