5 \n This functionality allows to merge coincident elements of a
6 mesh. Two elements are considered coincident if they are based on the

11 To merge elements choose in the main menu \b Modification -> \b Transformation
12 -> <b>Merge elements</b> item. The following dialog box shall

19 <li>\b Name is the name of the mesh object whose elements will be
21 <li>\b Automatic or \b Manual Mode allows choosing how the elements
22 are processed. In the \b Automatic Mode all elements created on
23 the same nodes will be merged. In \b Manual mode you can adjust
24 groups of coincident elements detected by the program.
26 If the \b Manual Mode is selected, additional controls are

32 <li>\b Detect button generates the list of coincident elements found
33 in the selected object.</li>
34 <li><b>Coincident elements</b> is a list of groups of elements for
35 merging. After the operation all elements of each group will
36 be united into one element. The first element of a group is kept and
37 the others are removed.
38 <li>\b Remove button deletes the selected group from the list.</li>
39 <li>\b Add button adds to the list a group of elements selected in the
40 viewer with pressed "Shift" key.</li>
41 <li><b>Select all</b> check-box selects all groups.</li>
42 <li><b>Show double elements IDs</b> check-box shows/hides identifiers of
43 elements of the selected groups in the 3D viewer.</li>
44 <li><b>Edit selected group of coincident elements</b> list allows
45 editing the selected group:
48 <center>adds to the group the elements selected in the viewer.</center>

54 <center>moves the selected element to the first position in the
55 group in order to keep it in the mesh.</center>
59 <li>To confirm your choice click \b Apply or <b>Apply and Close</b> button.</li>
62 In this picture you see a triangle which coincides with one of the
63 elements of the mesh. After we apply <b>Merge Elements</b> functionality, the
64 triangle will be completely merged with the mesh.
