Disabling FPE handling by default (similar to what has been done in GUI).

ParaView 4.1 needs +inf/-inf values to work properly. FPE handling can be reactivated
by setting env variable ENABLE_FPE to true.

Spinbox labels were corrected: 'DX'->'X' and 'DY'->'Y' (problem is described in 0022497: EDF GEOM: Regression in 2D sketcher).
