0021480: EDF 2084 SMESH: SIGSEGV when validating Netgen3D hypothesis

in CreateMesh(), fix storing a new mesh in aStudyContext:

-  aStudyContext->mapMesh[_localId] = aMesh;
+  aStudyContext->mapMesh[_localId-1] = aMesh;
