Bug: mesh is not destructed (leaks) after element selection.

In RemoveActor(), remove actors from SVTK_InteractorStyle's as well

+  if ( myDefaultInteractorStyle )
+    myDefaultInteractorStyle->FreeActors();
+  if ( myKeyFreeInteractorStyle )
