use HDF5_INCLUDE_DIRS to help cmake to pick up correct HDF5 include directory in case hdf5-openmpi-devel is present on the build node, since cmake will then use  /usr/include/openmpi-x86_64/hdf5.h. As a consequence python -c "import vtk" will crash and complain about missing HDF5 parallel interface
