Bug: mesh is not destructed (leaks) after element selection.

In RemoveActor(), remove an actor from pickers as well

+    while ( int i = myCellPicker->GetActors()->IsItemPresent( theActor ))
+      myCellPicker->GetActors()->RemoveItem( i-1 );
