Fixes element selcetion:
Element slection which was not working
with the delegate2vtk should now  work
To get it to work some workload ( when
myStoreMapping is reqstd.) is  handled
by the native  UnstructuredGridExecute
from GUI.

Note that this  causes  degradation in
speed-up. The reported 10X speedup now
reduces to 4X.

Other alternatives, that do not  cause
a speed degradiation are being  looked
into
