Max Element Area hypothesis
can be applied for meshing of 3D objects composing your geometrical object.
Definition of this hypothesis consists of setting the maximum
volume of 3D meshing elements (depending on the chosen meshing
algorithm it can be hexahedrons or
tetrahedrons), which will compose
the mesh of these 3D objects.
To define the Max Element Volume hypothesis:
From the Hypotheses
menu select Max Element Volume
or click button. The following dialog box will appear:
In this dialog box you can set:
Name of your Max Element Volume hypothesis
Max. Volume: the maximum volume of 3D meshing elements
