a) For new file being added, choose beetween of one of these files:
- CEA_EDF.txt
- EDF.txt
- CEA.txt
and put appropriate year(s) in the first line of the header.

- Normally, there is already a copyright notice in the file's header, so developers have nothing to do.
- Copyrights are regularly updated (once a year) to change the date of the licence within dedicated procedure.
