Open Knowledge

A knowledge element is a piece of information related to a given scenario.

A new knowledge element can be created in Capitalize this use-case activity of a scenario  by clicking on the Add button of the appropriate knowledge type.

 

This dialog contains several editable text fields, which allow input of element titles and descriptions using a WYSIWYG editor.

 

 

 

It is possible to search for an existing knowledge element in two ways.  

 

 

 

The following search criteria are available:

 

After the criteria have been defined, click button Display the result and the relevant studies will appear in Search result box.
